Maria Chiara Durio joined Diaverum Italy in 2020, to lead the turnaround of the business, improve the company knowledge within the nephrological community and build a valuable partnership with the Ministry of Health and public reference hospitals in Italy.
Chiara is responsible for the Italian operations, 28 clinics, committed to deliver the highest standard of dialysis care to more than 1100 patients, together with high value services and true care, through an inclusive leadership style and employee engagement.
Chiara holds a degree in Business Economics and a Master in Business Administration. She spent most of her career in Pharmaceutical and Health Care multinational companies at country and international level. Her latest professional experience was at Pfizer where she covered roles of increasing responsibility across more than 25 years.
